HPWJ - High Pressure Water Jetting

The use of high-pressure water jetting is one of the most effective and efficient ways to clear blockages and clean all types of surfaces withou damage. Our engineers' vans are equipped with the latest HPWJ machines.

FairFlo can jet the insides of different types of pipes, without damaging the system. As such, our water jetting complies with today’s standard piping, but it is safe on older pipes as well. We will get your pipelines to work like they were built yesterday, no matter if it’s a chronic issue or just a clogged drain. All you have to do is to give us a call, and we will take care of the rest.

Our high-velocity water jets are capable of clearing pipes with diameters ranging from 40 millimeters to 1.2 meters.

FaiFlo carry a wide range of nozzles and cleaning heads – from rotary multi-head pipe cleaning attachments to storage tank cleaning heads – which means we can quickly and easily adapt to suit the size of the pipe or the type of material we are cleaning.

Grease Traps - Interceptors

FairFlo does not only service - empty grease traps and interceptor tanks but also installs and can design them.
We have installed and currently service grease traps in some of Londons leading restaurants and stores.

A grease trap is a box type device designed to intercept most F.O.G fat, oil, grease and solids before they enter a wastewater disposal system. Large amounts of oil from food preparation in restaurants can overwhelm a septic tank or treatment facility, causing the release of untreated sewage into the environment. High-viscosity fats and cooking grease solidify when cooled, and can combine with other disposed solids to block drains and sewers.. The grease trap boxes are fitted within the drain run that flows between the sinks in a kitchen and the sewer system. They only have kitchen waste water flowing through them and do not serve any other drainage system, such as toilets. They can be made from many different materials, such as stainless steel, plastics, concrete & cast iron. They range from 35-liter capacity to 45,000 liters and greater. They can be located above ground, below ground, inside the kitchen, or outside the building.

CCTV Surveys

Before any excavations or works are considered. We would strongly advise a CCTV survey is carried out. Our experienced CCTV operators will send the camera down andl map the drain system, locating exactly where any problems or defects are. From this an informed plan can be made to rectify them. Because the images of the camera are fed back to us in real time we can determine where and what the problem is. This is much quicker and more accurate than other methods.

We use the most up-to-date technology available and provide you with a copy by e-mail or flashdrive.

We also offer full pre-adoption CCTV drain surveys for commercial, industrial and residential clients’ drainage systems. a pre-adoption CCTV survey. These are carried out on both Foul and Storm drainage systems installed at new developments such as housing estates and road networks (section 104 and section 38 surveys) which is required by water authorities, builders, architects, developers and local authorities when buying assets that include drainage systems.

Lining - No Dig Repair

Our trenchless no dig relining technology repoairs not only damaged sewer pipes but almost all pressure pipes. Although a relatively recent innovation it is well tested and as no digging and minimal fuss, it not only makes you a substantial saving financially it also stops the mess, noise, and dangers that excavations can cause. We use one entry point and from there we insert into the pipe a resin coated liner which is inflated using compressed air, this ensures that the liner adheres to every part of the pipe. The liner when cured is basically a new pipe inside of your old. We offer a full warranty which includes before and after footage.

New or Replacement Systems

FairFlow can supply and fit new or replacement drainage systems. Including septic tanks, pumping stations and new connections. We also have an in-house design and offer full maintenance and servicing including the emptying of tanks/pits.

Vacuum Tanker Service

FairFlo has a specialist vacuum tanker service. Our vacuum tanker is used for gully cleaning, emptying of septic tanks & cisterns, flood clear up, culvert cleaning, liquid waste pick up and the disposal/removal of contaminated waste. FairFlo is extremely flexible and can tailor the service to suit your needs.
